Mercer’s 2019 Asia HR Conference in Singapore welcomed over 150 HR leaders for two days of discussion and collaborations around having Future Fit HR organizations.
Under the theme Be Future Fit: De-Risk, Innovate, Empower over 20 speakers provided insights on exciting and upcoming topics such as driving the talent led agenda, how intelligence solutions can elevate the interaction between HR processes and employees, building a culture of innovation and empowerment, rewards trends and future trends in benefits.
Kicking off our conference was our keynote speaker, Robin Speculand who discussed Why HR Should Have a Seat at the Table followed by speakers from People Matters, Dyson, StarHub & NUS discuss being future fit in a digital age, DBS presented on Human Resource Innovation and their recent release of JIM their recruitment chatbot and International SOS talked about how we can mitigate the risks of a globally mobile workforce. GSK held a lively discussion on the consumerization of the candidate and employee experience and what they have done to stand out from the crowd, with American Express wrapping up our two-day extravaganza discussing their employee lifecycle with Mercer’s HR Leader for ASEAN.
