Each program consists of two-day working sessions that cover every deal phase including M&A strategy and planning, conducting due diligence, getting to “close” and managing post-merger integration. You will learn our tested, well-defined methodology  (Acquisition and Divestiture Deal Flow Process ™)  and strategic HR PMO approaches designed for complex transactions – both domestic and cross-border.

Hands-on Experience

During the two-day working session, you will gain practical experience by participating in a simulated deal using Mercer’s proven M&A methodology and toolkit. You will work with a team on a case study that covers the life cycle of an acquisition.

Throughout the program, you will engage with your peers and learn from other companies’ best practices.
